- State employees, donation of leave for catastrophic, sick, or maternity leave, leave may be donated from employee in any pay grade, limitation on hours donated removed, Sec. 36-26-36.2 am'd.
- Description
Currently, a state employee may donate leave for catastrophic illness of another state employee if the state employee receiving the leave is in a position with an equal or lower pay grade than the donor state employee.
This bill will allow the donation of leave to a state employee with an equal, a higher, or a lower pay grade.
