Description
This bill would clarify the definition of sick leave for state employees, provide further for bereavement leave, and for the donation of leave for catastrophic illness of state employees
To amend Sections 36-26-35.2, 36-26-36.2, and 36-26-36.3, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to leave of state employees, to clarify the definition of sick leave, provide further for bereavement leave, and for the donation of leave for catastrophic illness.
