- Court costs in circuit and district courts, personal service of more than one defendant, fee increased, distrib. to county general fund, Peace Officers' Annuity and Benefit Fund, District Attorney Solicitor's Fund, and Forensic Sciences Department, Sec. 12-19-73 am'd.
- Description
Under existing general law, in circuit and district court civil cases, a service fee of $10 is collected for each defendant in excess of one when personal service is required.
This bill would increase the service fee to $22 and would further provide for distribution of the fees.
