Current law provides for distribution of tobacco revenues received by the state to specified funds and entities, including the Children First Trust Fund.
This bill would provide for transfer to the State General Fund during fiscal year 2012 that portion of Children First Trust Fund receipts currently allocated for the State Board of Education.
