Counties and municipalities authorized to establish public authority for promoting tourism, members, duties, powers
Description

This bill would authorize one or more municipalities or counties or any combination thereof to establish a public authority for the purpose of tourism promotion and development in the geographic area served by the authority.

This bill would provide that the public authority would be governed by a board of directors comprised of representatives from the geographic area served by the authority.

This bill would provide for the duties and powers of the board.
