This bill makes an appropriation of $198,000 from the State General Fund to the Alabama Kidney Foundation, Inc., for the support and operations of the Alabama Kidney Foundation, Inc. Program for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; provides that the appropriation is subject to certain provisions of the Code of Alabama 1975; requires an operations plan and an audited financial statement prior to the release of any funds; and requires quarterly and end of year performance reports.
