Allows Morgan County boat registrations to include a voluntary donation to the Morgan County Rescue Squad, with funds collected by the county and distributed to the squad.
The Morgan County Commissioner of Licenses will add a donation option on boat registrations and renewals to collect voluntary contributions for the Morgan County Rescue Squad, Inc. Contributions are distributed to the Rescue Squad on a regular basis. The Rescue Squad must report annually to the Morgan County Legislative Delegation on how the funds are used. The act becomes law on the first day of the third month after it is signed by the Governor.
