Existing law prohibits rebates or discounts on motor fuel which would make the selling price below the cost to the wholesaler or cost to the retailer
This bill would repeal this prohibition
To repeal Section 8-22-10 of the Code of Alabama 1975, prohibiting rebates or discounts on motor fuel which make the selling price below the cost to the wholesaler or cost to the retailer.
