This bill would require the Alabama Medicaid Agency to request a waiver from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to increase Medicaid recipient co-payments for health care services
Relating to the Alabama Medicaid Agency, to require the Agency to request a waiver from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to increase co-payments that Medicaid recipients pay for health care services.
