Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources, by
administrative rule, may limit the quantity of
wildlife harvested and the manner in which wildlife
is harvested</p><p class="bill_description">
Under existing administrative rule, harvests
of deer and turkey must be ticketed</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would prohibit the Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources from adopting
any administrative rule implementing a check system
that requires a hunter to report the harvest of
deer or turkeys to the department</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To prohibit the Department of Conservation and
