Physicians, Medical Licensure Commission or Board of Medical Examiners, administrative fines, physicians authorize to renew licenses when paying administrative fines in installments, Sec. 34-24-383 am'd.
Description

This bill would amend Section 34-24-383, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that the Medical Licensure Commission or the Board of Medical Examiners may allow a physician to pay an administrative fine or cost in installments and still renew his or her license.
