Description
Relating to the City of Birmingham in Jefferson County; providing for the assessment and collection of a prosecutor's fee in the municipal court of the City of Birmingham in all criminal and traffic cases in an amount equal to the fees and court costs payable to the Fair Trial Tax Fund in criminal cases; and providing for the disbursement of the funds.
