Elmore Co., Millbrook and Wetumpka, alcoholic beverages, Sunday sales and draft beer authorized
Description
Relating to Elmore County; to authorize the City Council of the City of Millbrook and the City Council of the City of Wetumpka, respectively, to regulate and permit the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on Sunday on the licensed premises of certain properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving the general public in each respective city; and to authorize the city council of each respective city to provide for the sale of draft beer, with certain exceptions, by certain retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
