Description

Currently, the State Ethics Commission is not required to redact certain information included on a statement of economic interest filed by a public official or public employee

This bill would require the State Ethics Commission to redact certain information included on a statement of economic interest filed by a public official or public employee

To amend Section 36-25-4.3, as amended by Act 2013-172, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the State Ethics Commission electronic database; to require the State Ethics Commission to redact certain information included on a statement of economic interest filed by a public official or public employee.
