Title

Architects, Board of, expiration of certificate of registration changed from September 30 to December 31, time period for renewal of certificate shortened from 90 to 30 days, Sec. 34-2-33, am'd.

Description

Under existing law, a certificate of registration to practice architecture expires on September 30.

This bill would change the expiration date from September 30 to December 31, to coincide with the continuing education reporting period.

This bill would also shorten the time period for renewing a certificate, with late penalty, from 90 to 30 days.
