Current law provides for the regulation of heating and air conditioning contracting.
This bill would provide additional requirements for individuals and entities regarding system filter replacement, duct cleaning, and testing for duct tightness.
This bill would also provide for classroom training for home builders through the nonprofit Alabama Home Builders Foundation.
