- Description
This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the Enforcement Seizure Fund to the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the amount of $750,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014; a supplemental appropriation from the Music Hall of Fame Fund to the Alabama Music Hall of Fame Board in the amount of $80,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014; requires a transfer of $1,500,000 from the Office of the Attorney General to the Office of Prosecution Services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014; and amends appropriations made in Section 2C of Act 2013-263 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014.
