- Motor vehicles, farm tags for truck tractors, provision limiting a farmer to one farm tag for truck tractors deleted, Sec. 40-12-248 am'd.
- Description
Under existing law, a farmer may obtain a motor vehicle farm tag at a reduced annual license tax and registration fee for one truck tractor owned and used by the farmer for transporting farm products.
This bill would delete the limitation limiting a farmer to obtaining one farm tag for truck tractors used by the farmer to transport farm products.
