Description
This bill would increase the renewal research and education fee for the Alabama Real Estate Commission and distribute the proceeds to the Alabama Center for Real Estate.
To amend Section 34-27-35, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the renewal research and education fee for the Alabama Real Estate Commission; to increase the fee effective October 1, 2014, and distribute the proceeds to the Alabama Center for Real Estate.
