Alcoholic beverages, liquor tastings at state liquor stores, Sec. 28-3A-25 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, tastings of liquor are not allowed in state liquor stores.

This bill would allow tastings of liquor to occur in state liquor stores.

To amend Section 28-3A-25, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the regulation of alcoholic beverages; to allow for tastings of liquor at state liquor stores.
