Relating to Elmore County; to provide for a booking fee to be assessed as court costs in certain cases in which the defendant is booked or incarcerated in the Elmore County Jail if the defendant is convicted or pleads guilty in the circuit court or district court of the county; and to provide for the distribution of revenue from the fee.
