Act 2015-408 of the 2015 Regular Session, among other things, reorganized the Legislative Council and the functions performed by the Legislative Council. The provisions of the act changing the composition of the Legislative Council and certain other provisions became effective on July 9, 2015, while the portions of the act that transferred functions to the Legislative Council become effective October 1, 2015.
This bill would provide the provisions of Act 2015-408 relating to the transfer of functions to the Legislative Council would be implemented at the time or times determined by the Legislative Council.
