Description
Relating to Tuscaloosa County; to amend Section 3 of Act 2015-202 of the 2015 Regular Session, which provides for the effective date for Section 1 and Section 2 of the act, to provide that Section 2 of Act 2015-202, creating the Tuscaloosa County Road Improvement Commission, shall become effective immediately upon the enactment of this amendatory act.
