Title
Hunting, disabled persons hunting license established, continuously valid as long as disability continues, issuance fee, Sec. 9-11-54 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, a person who is totally disabled, upon payment of a $1 issuance fee, may obtain a special disabled person's fishing license that is valid on a continuous basis during the period of total disability. There is no provision to allow a special disabled person's hunting license in a similar manner.

This bill would establish a special disabled person's hunting license to be valid on a continuous basis during the period of total disability upon the payment of a $1 issuance fee.
