Title: Heflin, alcoholic beverages, draft beer, sale under certain conditions, purchase or lease of necessary equipment required
Description: Relating to the City of Heflin in Cleburne County; to provide that the City of Heflin may, by ordinance, authorize the sale by licensed clubs and other retail alcoholic beverage licensees of draft beer for on-premises or off-premises consumption; and to provide that each establishment licensed to sell draft beer in the City of Heflin in Cleburne County shall purchase or lease all equipment necessary to sell the beer.
