Title
General Fund Budget, line item established for Navigable Waters Dredging Fund
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, there is no line item
in the General Fund Budget for funds for the
dredging of the navigable waters of this state
rivers and for sediment reuse</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would establish as a line item in
the General Fund Budget funds for the dredging of
the navigable waters of this state and for sediment
reuse</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would create the Navigable Waters
Dredging Fund</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would provide for the purpose of
the Navigable Waters Dredging Fund</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would provide that the Navigable
Waters Dredging Fund be administered by the Alabama
Department of Environmental Management</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To establish as a line item in the General Fund
Budget the Navigable Waters Dredging Fund for the dredging of
the navigable waters of this state and for sediment reuse; to
create the Navigable Waters Dredging Fund; and to provide that
the fund shall be administered by the Alabama Department of
Environmental Management.
