Title
Assistant principals, hire and employ similar to contract principals
Description
Under existing law, principals of public schools hired on or after July 1, 2000, are employed through performance-based contracts.
This bill would authorize public school systems to hire assistant principals through performance-based contracts in a manner similar to principals.
Relating to school principals; to authorize public school systems to hire assistant principals through performance-based contracts in a manner similar to principals.
