Description

Existing law does not provide for a private employer to have a voluntary veterans' preference employment policy.

This bill would provide that a private employer may have a written voluntary veterans' preference employment policy.

Relating to veterans; to provide that a private employer may have a written voluntary veterans' preference employment policy.
