Under existing law, a superintendent of a city school system is required to attend all meetings of the board of education

This bill would remove the requirement that city superintendents attend all meetings of the board of education

Relating to city school superintendents; to amend Section 16-12-3, Code of Alabama 1975, by removing the requirement that city superintendents attend all meetings of the board of education.
