Relating to the City of Wetumpka; to provide that the City Council of the City of Wetumpka may authorize alcoholic beverages to be sold or dispensed for on-premises consumption on Sunday by restaurants, hotels, and night clubs that are properly licensed retail licensees serving the general public within the city.
