This bill would propose a local constitutional amendment relating to Coosa County; to provide for additional payments from the Alabama Trust Fund to the Forever Wild Land Trust to reimburse Coosa County for lost ad valorem tax payments as a result of the acquisition of property by the Forever Wild Land Trust.
