Title
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, markup set, increases limited based on act of Legislature
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would specify that the markup of
alcoholic beverages sold by the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board would be established as the markup in
effect on March 1, 2017. The bill would further
provide that the markup could not be increased
except by a law enacted by the Legislature</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; to
set the markup on the sale of alcoholic beverages sold by the
board; and to limit increases after the effective date of this
act.
