<p class="bill_description"> This bill would allow an employee of the
University of Alabama at Birmingham who is an
active and contributing member of the Teachers'
Retirement System to purchase credit in the system
of up two years of the time the employee served as
a postdoctoral research fellow at the university</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Teachers' Retirement System; to
allow employees of the University of Alabama at Birmingham who
are active and contributing members of the Teachers'
Retirement System to purchase credit in the system of up two
years of the time the employee served as a postdoctoral fellow
at the university.
