Relating to Washington County; to provide for the assessment and collection of additional court costs in the district and circuit court of the county; and to provide for the use of the funds for security at the Washington County Courthouse.

Relating to Washington County; to provide for the assessment and collection of additional court costs in the district and circuit court of the county; and to provide for the use of the funds for security at the Washington County Courthouse.

Section 1

In Washington County, in any case in which court costs are assessed in the district and circuit court of the county, there shall be assessed and collected as other costs and charges are collected additional court costs in the amount of fifteen dollars ($15) which shall be used solely for security at the Washington County Courthouse.

Section 2

The provisions of this act are supplemental and shall not be construed to repeal any act not in direct conflict with this act.

Section 3

This act shall become effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
