It requires the county license commissioner to establish a branch office in Alexandria where all license functions will be available, funded from the county general fund. The county revenue commissioner must establish a branch in Alexandria at the same location, staffed for property tax collection in October, November, and December. It also allows other county officers to establish branch offices at the same location with approval from the license commissioner, and the act becomes law immediately after the governor approves it.
