<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Madison County; to amend Section
45-45-243.01, Code of Alabama 1975, providing for the
distribution of certain proceeds from the beer tax to fund the
Senior Citizens' Prescription Drug Program in the county; to
further provide for the funds not expended at the end of each
fiscal year beginning in 2018.
