HR495 193965-1 By Representative Sanderford RFD: First Read: 27-MAR-18 193965-1:n:03/27/2018:AR/ar LSA2018-1530 MOURNING THE DEATH OF JERAMIAH CHARLES HYATT. WHEREAS, it is with profound sorrow that we note the untimely death of Jeramiah Charles Hyatt, on March 21, 2017, at the age of 40 years; and WHEREAS, he was born in Sneedville on August 13, 1977; he graduated from Hancock High School and Walters State Community College; and was a member of Friendlies Baptist Church; and WHEREAS, Mr. Hyatt was a supervisor at the United States Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama; he was an enthusiastic team member and admired by his coworkers; he was awarded the 2017 Employee of the Year award; and WHEREAS, Mr. Hyatt was predeceased by his father Lester Gordan Hyatt; survivors include his wife, Mandy; children, Grace Burke Hyatt, Kristy Jane Hyatt, and Chance Dylan Novalis; mother, Sue Hyatt; brothers, Josh Hyatt and Jake Hyatt (Jessie); sister, Eva Jane Kienle (Vincent); and two nephews, Chase Auton and Jaxon Hyatt; and many other loving family members; and WHEREAS, the passing of Jeramiah Charles Hyatt leaves a void in the lives of his loving family, many friends, and the entire community, where he was highly regarded; his presence will be greatly missed, but his memory will be cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved him; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That the death of Jeramiah Charles Hyatt is recorded with deep sadness, and this resolution is offered in highest tribute to his life, along with heartfelt sympathy to his grieving family.
