MOURNING THE DEATH OF JOSEPH QUENION WILBORN.
WHEREAS, it is with profound sorrow that we note the
death of Joseph Quenion Wilborn, on March 21, 2018, at the age
of 79 years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wilborn was predeceased by his parents,
Monroe and Vera Wilborn and brothers, Billy and Coy Wilborn;
survivors include his wife, Patricia Wilborn; brother, Ricky
Stephens; sisters, Annisa (Mike) Darnell, Wanda (Steve) Cate,
and Linda (Deland) Wooten; chosen son, Jacob Story; and
several special nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, the passing of Joseph Quenion Wilborn
leaves a void in the lives of his loving family, many friends,
and the entire community, where he was highly regarded; his
presence will be greatly missed, but his memory will be
cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved him; now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That the death of Joseph Quenion
Wilborn is recorded with deep sadness, and this resolution is
offered in highest tribute to his life, along with heartfelt
sympathy to his grieving family.
