Title
Home Builders Licensure Board, residential home builders, proof of current licensure and liability insurance provided to homeowner before beginning construction
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would require a residential home
builder licensed by the Home Builders Licensure
Board to provide proof of current licensure and
liability insurance to a homeowner, or obtain a
written waiver from a homeowner, before beginning
construction on a structure, and would provide for
board action against a licensee for violation</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Home Builders Licensure Board; to
require residential home builders to provide proof of
liability insurance to a homeowner before beginning
construction on a structure; and to provide for action by the
board for violations.
</p>
