Title

Home Builders Licensure Board, residential home builders, proof of current licensure and liability insurance provided to homeowner before beginning construction

Description

This bill would require a residential home builder licensed by the Home Builders Licensure Board to provide proof of current licensure and liability insurance to a homeowner, or obtain a written waiver from a homeowner, before beginning construction on a structure, and would provide for board action against a licensee for violation.
