Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To make a supplemental appropriation from the State
General Fund to the Department of Corrections in the amount of
$30,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018; to
make a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund
to the Choctawhatchee, Pea and Yellow Rivers Watershed
Management Authority in the amount of $11,000 for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 2018; to make a supplemental
appropriation from the State General Fund to the Departmental
Emergency Fund in the amount of $2,600,000 for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2018; to make a supplemental
appropriation from the DNA Fund to the Department of Forensic
Sciences in the amount of $500,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2018; to make a supplemental appropriation from
the Recovery Audit Fund to the Examiners of Public Accounts in
the amount of $530,000 for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2018; and to make a supplemental appropriation from the
Insurance Department Fund to the Department of Insurance in
the amount of $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2018.
