Title
Pilotage Commission, State, Sunset Law Review, continued until October 1, 2020, add'l nonvoting member appt. by Governor, Sec. 33-4-1 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the State Pilotage Commission has three members appointed by the Governor.
This bill would increase the membership of the commission from three to four members and would provide for the qualifications of the additional member.
To amend Section 33-4-1, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the State Pilotage Commission, to increase the membership of the commission from three to four members; and to provide for qualifications.
