Title

Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Governor is directed
to develop a four-year strategic plan for the
operation of state government for presentation to
the Legislature prior to the first day of the
second regular legislative session of each term</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would require the Governor to
transmit a copy of the plan in electronic format to
each member of the Legislature and would direct the
Governor to post the four-year strategic plan on
the Governor's website</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 41-19-3 of the Code of Alabama
1975, providing for the Governor to develop a four-year
strategic plan for the operation of state government for
presentation to the Legislature, to require the Governor to
transmit a copy of the plan in electronic format to each
member of the Legislature and for the Governor to post the
four-year strategic plan on the Governor's website.
