Title
Local Government Health Insurance Board, optional health coverages or services including on-the-job injuries, coverage authorized, Sec. 11-91A-7 am'd.
Description

This bill would authorize the Local Government Health Insurance Board to adopt terms and conditions necessary to administer the payment of health care services on behalf of employer participants in the Local Government Health Insurance Program whose eligible employees or officials suffer on-the-job injury.

To amend Section 11-91A-7, Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the Local Government Health Insurance Board to provide additional types of optional health coverages or services, including the administration of the payment of health care services for on-the-job injuries on behalf of employer participants in the Local Government Health Insurance Program.
