Title
Jefferson Co., fire districts, exclusion of forest lands, Act 79, 1966 Sp. Sess., am'd; Sec. 45-37-140.02 am'd.
Description
Relating to Jefferson County; to amend Section 3 of Act 79 of the 1966 Special Session (Acts 1966, p. 106), now appearing as Section 45-37-140.02 of the Code of Alabama 1975, providing for the creation and maintenance of districts for fighting or preventing fires or for the collection and disposal of garbage, or both; to provide that no uninhabited land that is classified as Class III forestry property for ad valorem tax purposes may be included in any district.
