Title
Day care centers, influenza vaccine, information to parents, required
Description
Under existing law, there is no requirement that day care centers provide parents with information about influenza disease and the influenza vaccine.
This bill would require day care centers to provide parents with information about influenza disease and the influenza vaccine.
Relating to day care centers; to add new Section 38-7-14.1 to the Code of Alabama 1975, by requiring day care centers to provide parents with information about influenza disease and the influenza vaccine.
