Title

Description
Under current law there is no provision that allows for a child to file for post-adjudication remedies in delinquency proceedings
This bill would authorize a child to file for post-adjudication remedies in deliquency proceedings
Relating to juvenile proceedings; to add Section 12-15-145 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize a child to file for post-adjudication remedies in deliquency proceedings.
