Title
Telecommunications carriers, provide that the reductions in fees will be cumulative, Sec. 37-2A-10.1 am'd.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under current law, supervision and
inspection fees for telecommunications carriers
will be reduced for years 2017, 2018, and 2019</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would clarify that those
reductions shall be applied with cumulative effect</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to telecommunications carriers; to amend
Section 37-2A-10.1 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to provide
that the yearly reductions of supervision and inspection fees
for telecommunication carriers shall be applied with
cumulative effect.
