Description
Existing law provides for annual and sick leave for state employees
This bill would further provide for the annual and sick leave accrual amounts for all persons who are employed as a certified firefighter working for the state military department at either the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport or Dannelly Field, and are assigned to work a 24-hour shift
To amend Section 36-26-35, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to accrual of leave by state employees; to further provide for the annual and sick leave accrual of certified firefighters working at either the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport or Dannelly Field who are assigned to work a 24-hour shift.
