Existing law does not allow the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration to appoint a designee to serve on the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board.
This bill would provide that the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration may appoint a designee to serve on the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board.
