<p class="bill_description"> Existing law does not allow the
Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union
Administration to appoint a designee to serve on
the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would provide that the
Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union
Administration may appoint a designee to serve on
the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board;
to amend Section 24-9-5 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as
amended by Act 2018-92, 2018 Regular Session; to provide that
the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration
may appoint a designee to serve on the Alabama Land Bank
Authority Board.
