Relating to the City of Mountain Brook in Jefferson County; to authorize the city council to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages in the corporate limits of the city for on-premises consumption on Sunday commencing at 10:00 a.m.

Section 1

This act shall only apply to the City of Mountain Brook in Jefferson County.

Section 2

In addition to any other authority for the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday, the City Council of the City of Mountain Brook may authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption in the corporate limits of the city on Sunday commencing at 10:00 a.m.

Section 3

The provisions of this act are supplemental and shall not be construed to repeal any other law except to the extent of any direct conflict with this act.

Section 4

This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
